Xrapport - Easy and Efficient Work Reporting App

Xrapport is a sleek Android app designed for creating work reports with ease. It is ideal for small companies with field workers who need a simple way to create work reports on-site and have them signed by the customer. The app allows users to create a work report consisting of a list of work positions where the work done on an object can be recorded, along with any spare parts or materials used and their quantity.

Completed reports can be previewed by the customer and signed immediately on the touchscreen. After completion, the report is generated as a PDF and sent to a pre-set email address in the app's settings for further processing.

The app includes a customer database that enables quick assignment of a new report to a customer and the display of all existing reports for that customer. Work positions and spare parts can be dynamically managed in the settings and exported/imported to other devices. The app also allows the user to add their company information and logo, which will be displayed on the generated PDF. Furthermore, users can define a storage time for reports, allowing them to automatically delete outdated or unused reports after a certain number of days.

The free demo version of Xrapport has a limit of 5 reports, with a maximum of 2 work and spare part positions per report. Export and import functions are not available in the demo version.
